16 Years hit maker, Mzbel, has revealed she cut ties with her father on social media when she got to know of his political stand.
Mzbel said she had sent promotional materials for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to her father via WhatsApp.
However, Amoah, as Mzbel’s father is called, expressed dislike about her sending the materials to him and ordered her to stop following the NDC.
Mzbel said her father’s words came as a shock to her because, apparently, she thought he also supported the NDC just like herself.
This led to friction between father and daughter, according to a report sighted by YEN.com.gh on Ghanacelebrities.com.
Since that incident, she made the decision to block her father on all her social media platforms.
She is known to be one of the celebrities actively supporting and promoting the NDC and its flag-bearer, John Mahama.
Others who have also supported are Roselyn Ngissah, Tracey Boakye, and John Dumelo who is not a parliamentary candidate for the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency.
