AY Poyoo, who prefers to be called the GOAT, is set to feature the South African rapper and BET winner on a new song.

The upcoming song with AY Poyoo was announced by Sho Madjozi in a post on social media on Monday, 6 July.

In a tweet, Sho Madjozi, who won the Best New International Act at the 2019 BET Awards, indicated that she received a song from AY Poyoo.

From her description of the song she had received, Sho Madjozi was excited about the new song and sounded like she was down with the feature.

The announcement from the South African comes after AY Poyoo started a social media campaign to get the South African on his song.

In a post on Twitter on 24 June, AY Poyoo passionately appealed to his fans to retweet and catch the attention of Sho Madjozi so she could bless him with a verse on what he described as a special record.

When the South African rapper saw AY Poyoo's request, she was amused and asked if Poyoo was the goat guy.

Reactions from fans of Sho Madjozi show they are eagerly waiting for the song with AY Poyoo.

For those who are not familiar with Sho Madjozi, she is the singer of John Cena, the South African song Becca was recently accused of copying.
