Information made available to YEN's correspondent has it that at about 4:30pm on the fateful day, Felicia Agyeman had closed from work when the incident took place.

While she was checking the day’s sales, two motor riders surfaced at the scene.

Sources say the man sitting at the back seat of the motor alighted, confronted the operator and quickly pulled out what looked like a pistol.

The unfolding drama was described as ‘surprising and mysterious’ by one of the traders at the scene who confirmed the story.

Mr Samuel Asare, Managing Director of S.O. Consultancy Services bemoaned that all they realized was a sudden appearance of the robbers and when the momo operator slumped to the ground in utter shock.

Bystanders went to the scene and rushed her to a nearby hospital.

Mr Asare said Madam Felicia had operated his mobile money services at the place for almost a year without any issue.

No arrest has so far been made at the time the correspondent was leaving the scene.

Felicia’s collapse was attributed to the possibility of her master asking her to pay the money from her own pocket and also at the sight of the pistol.
