Videos and photos trending on social media show the couple had what was tagged a 'baby name reveal' and the newborn son's name was revealed to be Munir Neji Ned Nwoko.
Nollywood stars like Segun Arinze, Belinda Effah, Francis Duru, Fred Amata and several others graced the joyous occasion.
Family members present at the event included Rita Daniels, Regina's co-wife, Laila Nwoko and her children, among others.
Ned was pictured holding his baby like the proud dad that is.

Regina having her co-wife present at the naming ceremony comes as no surprise to many considering they two seem quite close.
Shortly after the actress welcomed baby Munir, many people have flooded her comment section with congratulatory messages and pleasantly, Laila Nwoko, was one of them.
The Moroccan beauty Regina in took to Instagram to share a pregnant photo of Daniels and congratulated her on the arrival of her newborn son.
The naming ceremony of Regina and Nwoko's baby comes days after some executives of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) recently paid a courtesy visit to the Abuja residence of Regina Daniels and her billionaire husband.
The executives paid the visit in a bid to felicitate with the couple who welcomed their first child together a couple of days ago.
According to the association’s president, Emeka Rollas who gave out the gifts to the family on behalf of the guild, Regina’s new child has also been named the Nollywood baby of the year.
Shortly after her baby's arrival, Regina in a YouTube video, revealed how she felt after confirming that she was pregnant.
Regina said that she was confused and that she could not explain the feeling after discovering she was with child.
The film star said that her billionaire husband, Ned Nwoko, already made comments about how he felt she was already pregnant even when she was still in doubt.
