Ghana captain, André Dede Ayew, was on target for Swansea City in the English Championship.
Ayew's goal was not enough as his side settled for a 2-2 draw with Nottingham Forest on Wednesday, 15 July 2020.
He found the back of the net in the said game, which took his tally to 15 goals in the English Championship this campaign.
Swansea shot into the lead when Rhian Brewster emphatically smashed home with his ninth goal of the season.
Sammy Ameobi soon levelled against the run of play, but André Ayew’s penalty on the stroke of half-time restored Swansea’s lead.
Ayew was bundled over as he attempted to strike from just inside the box. Referee, Oliver Langford, pointed to the spot and Ayew made no mistake.
Ameobi struck from long range 10 minutes into the second half of the game to finish in a stalemate.
Ayew has been in terrific form since rejoining the club after an unsuccessful loan spell in Turkey last season.
In the ongoing campaign, Ayew has scored 17 times and provided six assists in 43 appearances
