The Dogboe and Avalos fight will occur in the featherweight division after the former decided to move up in weight.

The featherweight won't be a new weight for Dogboe as he started his career at that division before dropping to super bantamweight.

His last fight in the featherweight division was against Filipino's John Neil Tabanao in August 2016, which he lost via a unanimous decision.
