Controversial actress and comedienne, Afia Schwar, has listed 20 musicians she defines as “popular underground musicians of 2020”.
She explained that these are musicians who made mega hits in the past but their time has passed now as nothing is heard of them.
Afia Schwar also said some of the musicians are still singing, but their career seems to be like a see-saw, moving up and down.

She was speaking in a video sighted by YEN.com.gh on YouTube.
She mentioned Tinny as number one on the list, while Asem and Eazzy Bebe followed. Afia Schwar also mentioned Mzbel, who is fourth on the list.
Others are Wutah, Pope Skinny, Keche Andrew, and Keche Joshua.
Afia said Guru comes ninth on the list as one of Ghana’s most popular underground artistes.
Praye and Reggie Rockstone as part of the VVIP group follows, according to Afia Schwar.
She added that Reggie has now directed his attention to selling Waakye.

The controversial comedienne also mentioned R2Bees, Tiffany, and Raquel.
Afia also named Lucky Mensah saying he is a legendary popular underground artiste, also describing him as a political prostitute.
She further mentioned Dadie Opanka and D Cryme, adding that Akoo Nana is also one of them who has gone underground now.
Afia named her 19th artiste as Kuami Eugene, saying that since he ventured into Highlife his career has been flinging.
According to her, it seems Kuami Eugene is on his way to early retirement from music as he is not able to make any more hits after Obiaato.
For her 20th musician, Afia Schwar said in the Akan language, “I will give it to my own daughter, Fantana”.

Meanwhile, Afia Schwar seems to have reignited her feud with Mzbel after some time.
She has accused Mzbel, whom she earlier mentioned as one of her 20 popular underground artistes, of relying on sugar daddies for survival.
Afia Schwar said, aside from that, Mzbel is also blackmailing people as a way to amass wealth.
