Ghana’s very own international star, Abraham Attah, is still raising the flag of Ghana high as the trailer for his latest movie has been released.
In the video sighted by YEN.com.gh on Twitter, Attah, who played the role of Agu in Beasts Of No Nation, will now play the role of a pastor’s son.
The movie, which is titled Tazmanian Devil, sees Abraham Attah play the role of a Nigerian who is about to enter university in the United States of America.
It appears the role Attah is playing sees him portraying the stance of a stubborn son who is not ready to follow the Christian principles being given to him by his father.
The trailer shows Abraham Attah joining what appears to be a dance group and listening to secular music which is against all the Christian traits of his strict father.
The character Attah plays is named Dayo, a Nigerian boy trying to find his way through adulthood, school, Christian values, social vices, love, and friendship.
Abraham Attah broke into the movie industry in Ghana with his maiden role in the movie, Beasts of No Nation. He played the role of Agu, a young boy who became a child soldier due to civil war.
Following his sterling performance in the movie, he and some other cast members were nominated for a number of international awards.
After getting his first taste of victory in the industry, Abraham Attah relocated to the United States where he is attending school and living.
Attah has also starred in Marvel’s Spiderman: Homecoming, one of the sequels to the popular Spiderman movies.
Speaking about on-screen personalities, YEN.com.gh earlier reported that popular Kumawood actress and entrepreneur, Tracey Boakye, has finally put her fans out of their suspense and flaunted the full face of her baby girl, Nana Akua Nhyira.
All this while, the wealthy actress was keeping the full identity of her daughter away from the prying eyes of the public.
Her fans kept waiting with bated breath as they monitored the social media activity of the actress hoping to one day chance upon the photo of baby Nhyira showing her full face.
