Ghanaian actress and Instagram queen, Moesha Boduong, has for the first time opened up about her past and how she survived when she was broke.

She recounted the activities she used to do when she was broke in those days.

In a post sighted by YEN.com.gh, Boduong stated that in those days, when she was broke, she would dress up and walk around town with an empty pocket to create the impression that she was rich.

Moesha Boduong said she did that to motivate herself that she was going to be rich one day.

She urged her fans to sometimes dress up and go to expensive shops to ask for the prices of goods and go back home.

Sometimes you need to threaten poverty. Just dress up, walk to a garage and ask of the price of the latest cars. When you’re told the price, Nod and say you’ll be back. Walk home, yeah let poverty be threatened.

Captioning the photo, Moesha wrote:

I remember those days I will dress to kill and be broke but it Gave me motivation to dream big and work hard.

In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, Moesha is seen wearing a white shirt with white powder all over her face. She then speaks to the camera as she hilariously tells her fans to send her money.

The funny video evoked reactions from Efia Odo, Kisa Gbekle, Edem, Efya, and most of her fans who threw in in their comments.
