Banda MP raises alarm over Asiedu Nketia’s nationality; says he is not a Ghanaian

A former Member of Parliament for Tain Constituency Joe Danquah has alleged that Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, the General Secretary of the NDC is not a Ghanaian.

According to him, Asiedu Nketia originally hails from Gontougo Region of Ivory Coast, Bondoukou.

He added that the NDC chief scribe has external family relations and a mansion in that country.

He said it was just by the “grace of God” that Asiedu Nketia had become a citizen of the country, even to the extent of holding a cardinal position in the NDC.

Speaking on Accra-based Okay FM, he said Asiedu Nketia wants to foment trouble in Ghana.

He added that the NDC stalwart stayed in Seikwa for long, making him identify himself as a Ghanaian.

In other news, the General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah was sighted in a video exchanging words with soldiers at a voters’ registration centre in the Bono Region.

Asiedu Nketiah says the soldiers stationed at Banda in the Bono Region are refusing to allow some residents to register in the Electoral Commission's ongoing exercise.

A video on Kasapafmonline shows the NDC scribe is seen infuriated and exchanging words with the soldiers who had blocked the road to stop busloads of people from accessing registration centres.
