Ghana's COVID-19 infections tally hits 40, 533
Ghana has confirmed 436 new COVID-19 infections bringing the country’s case count to 40, 533.

According to data available on the Ghana Health Service’s webpage, the new cases were from tested samples that were taken between July 17 and August 4, 2020.
The total number of persons who have succumbed to the virus still stands at 206.

There are, however, 2,625 active cases and 37,702 recoveries.
