In another story, students of the Robotics Club at Obuasi Senior High Technical School in the Obuasi Municipal District of the Ashanti Region have converted a plastic bucket into an electronic hand-washing tap to prevent the spread of the COVID-19.
This latest innovation comes amid the outbreak of the novel coronavirus and its rise across nations around the world.
Countries, including Ghana, have outlined guidelines to stem the spread of the dreaded disease, including advocating regular hand washing with soap under running water to observe personal hygiene.
With the novel innovation, if procured in large quantities, users would not have to worry about touching the tap and any possible infection and spread of the COVID-19.
