Lovable and multiple award-winning gospel musician, Joe Mettle, and his wife, Salomey Selassie Dzisa, had their traditional wedding on Thursday, August 13, 2020.

The even made the headlines for the day as the couple showed off their dance moves, excitement, and all that they are happy about to see this day together as husband and wife.

The wedding happened in Tema, where Salomey Selassie Dzisa's family lives.

1. The moment Joe Mettle hugged his wife

The gospel musician and his wife, Salomey Selassie Dzisa, hugged so passionately proving that the chemistry between them is a great one.

Some people have speculated that it could be the first time they have hugged as Joe Mettle hinted earlier in an interview with Delay that they had never hugged before. In that interview, Mettle also disclosed that he was a virgin and intended to remain so until he marries.

2. Selassie dancing gracefully

Another beautiful moment captured at the wedding was when Mrs Mettle displayed lovely dance moves at the event. The newest wife in town took her time to move her body up and down while one of her husband’s songs was being played in the background. Her joy perfectly reflected the saying that every woman’s joy knows no bound on her wedding day.

3. The couple dancing together

Yet another adorable moment was when Joe Mettle and Salomey Selassie Dzisa danced together. The musician himself did modern dance moves, including the trending Gbese. People cheered them on, with many pronouncing Mettle as the winner of the dance.

4. Chat away from the audience

Another moment captured at the wedding was when the couple separated from the audience to have a chat all by themselves. From their body language, it appeared the groom was asking his wife about something. Though we cannot say what that was, it was clear it was all love matters.

5. Majid Michel advises the couple

Pastor and actor, Majid Michel, was there to share in the joy of the couple. He dished out some advice to them on how to maintain the love and joy they have now for a successful marriage. Among other things, Majid advised the couple to “learn to love and not to be loved, as well as learn to understand and not to be understood".

6. McBrown stealing the show with her dance moves

Affable Nana Ama McBrown was also there to share in the joy of the couple. She did what she knows best, doing beautiful dance moves like a young child. Those watching cheered McBrown on as she danced.

Meanwhile, Joe Mettle has revealed how and where he met his wife Selassie. His revelation proves they were made for each other and God himself had purposed for them to be together.
