Talented Nigerian singer, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu Rex, professionally known as Burna Boy, has left social media in excitement following the release of his fifth studio album, Twice As Tall.

Burna Boy who had quite a fruitful year in 2019 with the release of his fourth album, African Giant, couldn't have chosen a better time for the release of his much anticipated new body of work.

Barely an hour after its release on August 14, Twice As Tall has gotten over 5 million streams, quite an impressive feat even for Oluwa Burna!

A number of his fans stayed up all night awaiting the release and also took to social media to react to the body of work. Many who have already listened to it are quite impressed and have said so on social media.

American music executive Sean Combs aka P Diddy is thrilled about the Nigerian star’s project which he also worked on.

Diddy co-executive produced the Twice As Tall album alongside Burna Boy and his mother Bose Ogulu. The top executive was said to have brought in a fresh perspective to the album which was already 80% completed.

Diddy did not just spend time working on the project, he is also really proud of what was accomplished and cannot seem to stop talking about it.

In a post shared on his Twitter page, the music icon tagged Burna Boy and noted that fans are not ready for what is coming.

In a similar story, regardless of how much criticisms DJ Cuppy gets for her music, she has remained undeterred in chasing her passion for music.

The Jollof On The Jet crooner who some months ago announced she was going to be dropping her debut album, is a few days away from sharing with the world her first body of work.

In a recent post shared to her Instagram page, she announced that she will be dropping the 12-song album, Original Copy, on August 21.

In a separate report by YEN.com.gh, Freddy Blaze, an upcoming Ghanaian musician, has been begged on live TV by his former partner who reportedly broke his heart.

In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh on the official Facebook handle of ZionFelix Entertainment News, the lady actually went on bended knees to render her plea.

According to the host of the TV show, he normally resolves conflicts between people and therefore decided it was time for the couple to get back together, especially since the lady showed remorse.
