Nana Ama McBrown's mother, Mrs Cecilia Agyenim Boateng, has pulled a big surprise on her daughter on the actress' United Showbiz programme on UTV.
McBrown turned 43 years old on Saturday, August 15, 2020, and had a lovely celebration with family and friends.
As reported by YEN.com.gh, the affable actress started her day by dropping some stunning birthday photos on social media.
After her photos which took over social media, McBrown visited the veteran actors Grace Nortey, Grace Omaboe, and Emmanuel Armah
McBrown made donations totalling five thousand dollars (almost GHC30,000) to the three veterans as well as food items, detergents, home appliances, among others.
In the evening, McBrown came on United Showbiz and while having a conversation about blogging in Ghana, she announced that there was another blogger to share his thoughts.
But unknown to McBrown, her production team had rather called her mother who is based in Germany as a surprise for her.
And the surprise really got McBrown who sounded so excited after hearing the voice of her mother.
The had a chat on TV and McBrown's mother sang a happy birthday song for the actress. She also prayed for her daughter.
Following the prayer, Shatta Wale's manager, Bulldog, asked McBrown's mother to reveal her daughter's age and she confirmed that the actress was 43 adding that it was God's blessing that has made McBrown look this young.

According to Reggie Rockstone, Nana Ama McBrown is a unique personality who is a great asset to Ghana and needs to be treated as such.
Reggie Rockstone made this comment after a video of McBrown taking over the MC job at Joe Mettle and putting on quite a show with her dance moves and aura went viral.
In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh McBrown is was seen wowing people the moment she arrived at the venue.
