Sarkodie and his entire Sarkcess Music label with its management, has apologized for the technical hitches that rocked the Black Love Virtual concert.
The concert which took place on August 16, 2020, saw great performances from many talents in Ghana including the likes of Amakye Dede, Shatta Wale and Efya.
However, some technical hitches marred the much-anticipated concert which saw many Sarknatives missing out on the show.
As a result, Sarkodie's management has apologized to all its fans over the issue.
In a press release, the entire team indicated that the glitches in connection to the broadcast being hosted by CEEK, the event's streaming partner, was due to huge traffic.
The team went on to thank all the diehard fans of Sarkodie who looked for options to view the show, in this case, Facebook.
And as a way of appeasing the fans, the team indicated that they were going to come out with a new date to show the program again.
The press release was signed off with the team sending gratitude to all Sarkodie's fans all over the world and promised better performances in the future.
