Barcelona youngster Marc Jurado has appeared to confirm he has joined Manchester United pending a formal announcement.

United are thought to have agreed a deal to sign Jurado back in May after agreeing personal terms with the Red Devils.

At the time, the youngster also went on to confirm he has left Barcelona, thanking the Catalan giants for aiding his development.

He, however, did not immediately announce his next destination despite speculation he was headed to Old Trafford.

But the teenage sensation now seems to have affirmed his imminent switch to the Premier League after he dropped a massive hint on Instagram.

This came after the budding right-back responded to Bruno Fernandes' Instagram post delving into United's heartbreaking exit from the Europa League in the semis.

"Unfortunately our journey in the Europa League ends here. It wasn't what we expected. We wanted to be in the final and fight for the trophy we so desired," Fernandes' post read in part.

Jurado replied: "We keep fighting," accompanied by a muscle emoji.

The Red Devils are yet to announce the arrival of Jurado who, according to Manchester Evening News is awaiting international clearance.

The Spaniard is understood to have rejected a new three-year deal at Camp Nou to complete a transfer to United.

Meanwhile, Manchester United legend, Paul Scholes, believes Jadon Sancho would have helped the club beat Sevilla in their Europa League clash.

The Red Devils were dumped out of the championship at the quarterfinal stage courtesy of goals from Suso and Luuk de Jong.

Scholes insisted that if Sancho was playing for the Old Trafford outfit, he would have easily converted those changes without stress.

He insisted that Man United must sign quality players if they ever dream of winning titles in the coming seasons.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Kai Havertz’ move to Chelsea football club of England is pulling through with latest reports saying the Blues are closing in on a deal which will make the player the most expensive German footballer ever.

It was gathered that the Premier League club are set to complete a staggering £180million deal for the 21-year-old star.
