Barima Sidney lands in court over ‘Papa No' song

Ghanaian musician, Barima Sidney, has revealed that he is being sued for releasing his controversial song titled 'Papa No'.

In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, Barima Sidney admitted in an interview on Okay FM that he was dragged to court over his latest song, Papa No.

He added that since the release of his 'Papa No' song, several people have been attributing the some to some personalities in the country and that has landed him in trouble.

Sidney disclosed that though he never added anyone's name or photos to his song, people are adding the images for videos he never authorized.

However, he stated that he and his management will be coming out with a press release to distant themselves from such videos.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Barima Sidney had revealed that he is under attack as some NDC personalities have threatened him with legal action.

Sidney is reported to have said that since the release of his Papa No song, the said NDC people have not stopped calling his phone with threats.

He said they accused him of referring to Mahama as Papa No and damaging his reputation with the song.
