Pep Guardiola tops the list of highest paid EPL managers with £20m-a-year

- Pep Guardiola is now topping the list of highest paid Premier League coaches

- The Manchester City gaffer is collecting £20m a year at the Etihad stadium

- Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp is occupying second position on the list

Premier League in England is arguably considered as the most watched League in the world considering the level of its followers and also the players and coaches in the EPL.

The likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Rooney, Thierry Henry made their names in the Premier League before they left with great achievements.

However, there are some big coaches as well in the Premier League with the likes of Jose Mourinho, Pep Guardiola and Jürgen Klopp currently coaching in the English topflight.

Pep Guardiola is currently topping the list of the highest paid managers in the Premier League with £20m (N10.1 billion) per year.

The former Barcelona coach has won two Premier League titles since he arrived at the Etihad stadium, but he has not been able to win the Champions League.

Guardiola steered his wards to the Champions League quarterfinal before losing against French side Lyon.

Liverpool boss Klopp who recently won the Premier League title with Manchester City is occupying second position on the list with £15m a year which is the same amount Mourinho is collecting at Spurs.

According to the report on UK Sun, Everton coach Carlo Ancelotti is occupying fourth position on the list with £11.5m, while Rodgers of Leicester City is fifth on the log with £10m.

Leeds United gaffer Bielsa is occupying sixth position with £8m, while Ole Solskjaer is placed 7th with £7.5m every year at Manchester United.

Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported how Premier League opening fixtures for the 2020/21 season have finally been released as reigning champions Liverpool will face newly promoted Leeds United at Anfield.

Liverpool were impressive in their campaign last season which helped them win the title after they have waited for 30 years.

It was an incredible record for manager Klopp who has now won the hearts of fans at Anfield after the Reds were crowned champions for the 2019/20 Premier League season.

Klopp and his men would want to start the new season with a win at home against Leeds United who won the Championship before they gained promotion.
