Mzbel speaks after arrest reports in new video

- Her reaction seems to communicate to her fans that she didn’t sleep in police cells overnight

- The musician had been arrested following some defamatory comments she made about Stacy Amoateng

Ghanaian singer Mzbel seems to have been released after her arrest and detention at the police headquarters.

In a new video seen by, Mzbel was being driven while she recorded a video of herself.

She only said: “Fellow Ghanaians", and for the next two minutes stared into the camera then said again: “That is all, bye”.

Mzbel’s reaction is sure to inform her fans that she had been released following her arrest.

She had been arrested for saying that media personality Stacy Amoateng has HIV.

Mzbel had said Prophet Nigel Gaisie confided in her that Amoateng has HIV and that he is the one helping her with prayers to recover.

Mzbel spilled this on social media when she fought Gaisie and called him a fake prophet.

She also accused Nigel of performing miracles with the help of a popular mallam whose name Mzbel went ahead to mention.

She was also accused by MP Kennedy Agyapong of sleeping with Nigel.
