Fast-rising Ghanaian musician, Fameye has revealed how he struggled to get rapper Manifest on a song.
In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, Fameye who was speaking at his ‘Greater’ album listening session, said he literally chased Manifest for about three years for him to agree to do a song with him.
While trying to work on one piece with the popular rapper, Fameye said they live at a close area, but he didn’t have it easy to work with him.
Without giving up, the ‘Notin I Get’ singer stated that Manifest finally asked him to meet him after he kept on pushing to have a collaboration with him.
Fameye recounted preparing to meet Manifest at a studio located at Ashaley Botwe. According to him, he went along with a beat for the work to be completed easily.

YEN.com.gh earlier reported that award-winning Ghanaian rapper, Edem, had said female rapper, Eno Barony, deserves the Best Rapper of the Year at the 2020 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
In an interview on Accra FM and monitored by YEN.com.gh, Edem tipped Eno to win the award in that category because there were just a few female rappers in Ghana.
According to Edem giving the award to Eno would spur on other upcoming and top female rappers to work harder to also get recognized and awarded.
Edem also stated that Eno Barony is one female rapper who has worked hard in the year under review.
