Ghanaian singer, Sister Derby, has taken over the internet with her simple but colourful birthday party.

The Uncle Obama hitmaker was a year older on Tuesday, August 25, 2020.
The beautiful singer was born in 1984 meaning she is now 36 years of age.

However, to celebrate her special day, Sister Derby decided to have a lowkey birthday party.
For many stars, they will prefer to celebrate their birthday at an expensive place.
But Sister Derby didn't think of a plush birthday party as she went in for a simple one.

YEN.com.gh has seen beautiful photos from Sister Derby's birthday party which took place at the beach.
The simple party attracted top Ghanaian stars like Sandra Ankobiah and Hajia4real.
Also present for the party was Sister Derby's brother, who is also a musician, Wanlov Kubolor.

Photos from the party show how the female celebrities flaunted their beauty and curvy body in their see-through dresses.
Meanwhile, celebrity and lifestyle blogger, Ameyaw Debrah, has stated on record that even though dancehall star Shatta Wale has arguably the biggest star power and fan base, he is not the most influential entertainer in Ghana.
Ameyaw Debrah made the comment while speaking in an exclusive interview with Eugene Osafo Nkansah of Nkonkonsa fame.
The top blogger indicated that if he had to really select the most influential entertainer, he would pick Sarkodie ahead of Shatta Wale.
Ameyaw Debrah went on to explain that to him influence was not about being notorious and doing things to the extreme to get attention.
In making a case for his choice, Ameyaw noted that Sarkodie had maintained his brand on all platforms and carved such a good niche for himself that made him stand out.
