Photos drop from Akufo-Addo's visit to the Volta Region; Voltarians welcome him with joy
Not too long ago, President Akufo-Addo was in the Western and Central Regions for a four day working visit where commissioned and cut the sod for several project.

On Thursday, 27th August 2020, he again paid a working visit to the Volta Region, which saw him visit Anloga, Keta, Atorkor and Agordome.
His visit to the region was captured in very momentous and eye-popping images.
During his visit to the region, he paid a courtesy call on the Awomefia of the Anlo State, Togbui Sri III, where a durbar was held in his honor.
He also commissioned a 12-unit classroom block under the Senior High School Intervention Projects at Keta Senior High School.
President Akufo-addo also inspected ongoing works on the construction of a TVET Centre at Atorkor Vocational Training Institute;
Cut the sod for the construction of the 85 million euro Keta Water Supply Rehabilitation and Expansion Project.

Mr President! U shouldn't Have gone there at the first place, have u forgotten Eastern corridor road, do you think voltarians are fools, besides we ain't illiterates and we have noticed that none of the presidents could develop our region for us not even Mahama. And it won't get to elections period before u guys will know what is volta. U guys always promise we voltarians to do roads for us , but nothing will show up. Do you think we voltarians are fools ?

Meanwhile, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has assured the people of the Volta Region of their importance to the country and thus cannot be discriminated against.
According to the president, the region was not singled out for any special military operation in the run-up to the conduct of the voter registration exercise, and there was certainly no political or ethnic agenda.
