Ghanaians have offered advice to ladies who have turned 30 but are still single. Some have said that it is best to wait on God’s time and never be rushed into marriage because of age.
In our part of the world, a woman is expected to marry before getting to a certain age in life. If late at all, Ghanaian families and friends expect that a woman gets married before or exactly at 30.
However, this expectation has always not been met for various reasons. This sometimes leaves the ladies who want to be married very disturbed and unfulfilled. But, for those who are not eager to get married, it is a normal life to be lived.
Some Ghanaians have offered pieces of advice on the subject. They were commenting on a post made on the official Facebook page of YEN.com.gh.
Bernard, for instance, said there is no rush in life and that the ladies should wait on God, but, avoid being selective in choosing a spouse:
Maame Mercy says there is no expiry date for marriage, adding that God will make it possible when the right time comes:
Phylix opined that a single lady is better than a frustrated wife, therefore, it is unwise to rush into marriage:
Prosper drops some key points in finding a partner:
Mumuni offered a different view altogether saying marriage is a choice and does not guarantee any happiness in life:
AJ advised that it is unwise for such ladies to put their life on hold because of marriage:
Nancy believes it is better to wait on God than to rush into marriage which could make one commit a great mistake:
Meanwhile, in trending entertainment news, Ghanaian actress and businesswoman Fella Makafui has held a lavish baby shower to celebrate the birth of her baby girl.
Fella was in the company of family and friends and she was so excited about the event.
She was captured jumping up and down while dancing at the baby shower. The actress and her rapper husband, Medikal, welcomed their first baby after five months of marriage.
Ghanaians are happy for them and have congratulated them massively.
