NDC's manifesto launch: 5 things Ghanaians are expecting to hear

The 2020 elections is exactly three months away.

Ahead of every election, political parties release or launch their manifestos, which encapsulates exactly what they would be doing if they are voted into power.

About two weeks ago, the New Patriotic Party launched their parties manifesto with a lot of promises stated in there.

The National Democratic Congress on the other hand, would tomorrow ,launch its 2020 manifesto,

The launch of the manifesto has witnessed a lot of postponement as it was earlier announced to be launched last Monday, September 21, 2020.

Ghanaians are obviously looking forward to hearing good polices. YEN.com.gh has however, listed 5 areas or sectors Ghanaians would be focusing on.

1. Job creation

Just like the New Patriotic Party has announced job creation avenues when voted into power, Ghanaians are looking forward to what job creation avenues the National Democratic Congress government would bring on board when voted into power

2. Health

Health care is one of the needs of almost every Ghanaian citizen. As the saying goes health is wealth. Ghanaians would definitely be interested in exactly what the NDC has in store for them with regards to health care delivery.

3. Education

The free SHS as initiated by the NPP has received a lot of praise for Ghanaians, especially from parents who did not have to hustle to pay for the fees of their wards. There have been several reports that if the NDC comes o power, they have plans of cancelling it. These allegations have on countless occasion been denied by the NDC.

Ghanaians are very expectant of what they have different in store from what the NPP has going.

4. Energy

Dumsor has become something most Ghanaians have learnt to deal with over the years. Each passing government has tried their best to resolve that issue. As to what the NDC 2020 manifesto has instore for Ghanaians with exactly 3 months left to the elections we are yet to know.

5. Infrastructure Development

The NDC government in the last time in government were tagged as a government that engaged in a lot of infrastructural projects. The NPP on the other hand has made a lot of promises in the manifesto in relation to infrastructure. The NDC definitely has something beneath their sleeves for Ghanaians

In other news, the National Communications Director of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi, has revealed that his constant attacks on the Akufo-Addo government form a part of his job description.

According to Sammy Gyamfi, he would keep being persistent in his critique of this current government and would not relent to ensure good governance.

In a report filed by Pulse.com, Sammy Gyamfi said no one in the NPP should see him as a threat, as he is only doing his job.
