Meanwhile, as YEN.com.gh earlier reported, an old video has surfaced online, showing 'Dr' Kwame Fodjour as he honoured Ghana's longest-serving member of parliament, Alban Bagbin.

In a snippet of a news report sighted by YEN.com.gh on Twitter, Bagbin received two awards dubbed The Global Public Leadership Achievement Awards.

'Dr UN' presented himself as Kwame Fordjour, a Global Ambassador in Africa for the United Nations (UN) who represented a functionary facet of the United Nations.
