Dancehall superstar Shatta Wale, known in private life as Charles Nii Armah Mensah, has been involved in what would have been a disaster.

The Melissa hitmaker nearly ran over a boy on the streets while moving out of a compound with his entourage.

In a video of the indecent sighted YEN.com.gh, Shatta Wale who was part of a two-car convoy was driving in his new BMW car.

After the BMW which is the first car came out of the compound, the people around attempted to get him to stop but he continued to move.

Suddenly, one of the boys in the crowd which wanted to mob Shatta Wale even in his car fell right in the lane of the car.

There were few metres between him and Shatta Wale's car and but for the timely intervention of one of Shatta Wale's bodyguards, it would have bad news.

In a very swift manner, the bodyguard rushed to where the boy had fallen and picked him up within a matter of seconds before Shatta Wale's car got there.

It is not yet known where Shatta Wale was headed to but from the video, it looks like he was in a hurry and he did not even stop after the incident.

The incident with the BMW comes barely three weeks after Shatta Wale announced his acquisition of the car.

As already reported by YEN.com.gh, Shatta Wale added another expensive luxury car to his fleet of cars in the mid-August.

In a video, Shatta Wale, was seen displaying all his expensive luxury cars parked in his mansion as he introduced the brand new 2020 BMW 7 series.

Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh has reported that Dancehall superstar, Shatta Wale, has waded into the fake UN Kofi Annan awards saga.

In his latest video on social media, Shatta Wale laughed at D-Black, Sarkodie and other stars who are involved in the scandal.

He also claimed that while all the recipients paid GHC1,000 each, D-Black paid GHC5,000 because he wanted five flasks.
