The MP has allegedly made a scandalised statement against the court with a threat. He was commenting on the case in which he has been sued by one Susan Bandoh and Christopher Akuetteh Kotei had sued him in a land matter.

Agyapong was reportedly sued together with one Ibrahim Jaja, Nana Yaw Duodu aka Sledge and the Inspector General of Police in the matter.

Following the case, Agyapong was said to have sat on his Net2 TV to make unwarranted statements about the case while threatening the court in a programme aired on September 2, 2020.

The order of the court was thus signed by a high court judge, Justice Amos Wuntah Wuni, on September 9, 2020.

However, it seems his pleas have not been accepted as he has been ordered to face the court.

Agyapong has recently been on a mission to expose some Ghanaian pastors he claims are fake. He took on the likes of Obinim, Nigel Gaisie, and others.

He accused of Obinim of keeping and sleeping with 13 girlfriends who are all married people. He mentioned the former wife of Richard Brown as one of them.

Obinim was alleged to have said that if Agyapong does not refrain from exposing pastors, he will die.

He again accused Cecilia Marfo of being a fake prophetess who killed a five-year-old boy who was taken to him to be cured of a sickness he was suffering.

Agyapong also leaked the names of four pastors he claimed called to beg him not to expose them.
