The Black Stars of Ghana will return to action as the Ghana FA has secured two international friendly games.
According to a viral report seen by YEN.com.gh, the four-time African champions will face Equatorial Guinea and Mali.
The report indicated that the double-header friendly game will take place in October in Antalya, Turkey.
Ghana will face Equatorial Guinea on Friday, October 9, before taking on Equatorial Guinea on Monday, October 12, 2020.
The two games will be played behind closed doors because of the Coronavirus pandemic.
The upcoming international friendlies will help Coach C.K Akonnor to prepare his side for November’s 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Sudan.
The two friendlies will come in handy for C.K Akonnor who is yet to play his first game since he was appointed new coach of the Black Stars in February this year.
Ghana top Group F with 6 points following wins against South Africa and Sao Tome and Principe in November 2019.
Meanwhile, Chelsea vs Barnsley ended 6-0 in favour of the Frank Lampard's side as the Blues bounced back from a Premier League defeat to Liverpool over the weekend.
Kai Havertz's scored a hat-trick as Tammy Abraham, Ross Barkley and Olivier Giroud all scored in the entertaining game at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea started the match the stronger side but almost let in a goal after Thiago Silva made a blunder on his debut and Barnsley could not make it count.
But it was the west London club who took the lead in the 19th minute as Abraham out of nothing stole the ball from a defender and finished in style to make it 1-0.
Mason Mount should have made it 2-0 as the Havertz provided a lovely assist but the Englishman's shot went agonizingly wide.
