Ghanaians have been reacting massively to the news that broke on the morning of September 25, 2020, about a suspected Western Togoland secessionist group blocking major roadblocks in the Volta Region.

For many months now, there have been indications by some individuals in the Volta Region who are seeking independence for the region.

As YEN.com.gh recently reported, the unknown group of people launched subtle attacks on some police stations, and Ghanaians have been airing their views on the whole issue.

Boateng Job mentioned that Ghana is already a self-sufficient country and the group should be allowed to break off as a country.

Larweh Ebenezer also suggested that Ghana needs to grant the agitators the freedom that they want so that Ghana will be free.

Akrasi Akwasi Akosah-Brempong, on the other hand, indicated that the agitation did not seem like what Voltarians could do and there is probably a different force behind the particular group

Mustapha Suleman, also suggested that job vacancies will increase in the country if the Voltarians are allowed to break off as a country.

Meanwhile, as YEN.com.gh previously reported, Dr. Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings, the member of parliament for the Klottey Korle Constituency in the Greater-Accra Region, has been captured in a video showing off her dancing skills.
