A Plus tells it all; explains how he ended a 20-year smoking habit

Ghanaian musician and politician, Kwame Asare Obeng, better known as A Plus, has revealed how he broke a 20-year smoking habit.

According to him, he one day sat himself down and decided it is time to quit. He explained that his strategy to quit was nothing extraordinary as it was simply willpower to put an end to a bad habit.

A Plus disclosed that his smoking habit spanned from the year 1994 till 2014 when he decided that enough is enough.

He further indicated that he neither stayed away from cigarettes nor avoided friends he smoked with but instead, kept a pack close by and still related to such people.

A Plus then went ahead to give four strategies one could adopt if interested in breaking a bad habit.

In an earlier report by YEN.com.gh, A Plus took to social media to flaunt his family before everyone; he reportedly released a beautiful family photo that showed his grown-up daughter and his wife, Akosua Vee.

In the photo seen by YEN.com.gh, Akosua Vee, and their daughter are seen in the kitchen preparing a meal.

From the photo, Akosua Vee and their daughter looking splendid were captured staring at each other.

Captioning the photo, A Plus wrote, "Mother and daughter."

Social media users thereafter reacted to A Plus' photo by extending their compliments to them.

In another report, A Plus broke his silence relating to his affair with actress Tracey Boakye.

According to A Plus, Tracey was his childhood girlfriend and he confirmed that he indeed dated her.

He then joked that as for the money, he didn’t have some so he decided to pay Tracey on instalment basis after sleeping with her.
