Multiple award-winning actress Jackie Appiah has responded to rumors going viral on social media that she is pregnant and an African president is responsible.
While speaking in an interview with Ghanaian blogger Sammy Kay, Jackie Appiah laughed off the rumors.
The actress was descending a flight of stairs when she was asked whether she is pregnant for Liberia's president, George Oppong Weah.
Jackie Appiah laughed hysterically and indicated that she was not pregnant and there was also no chance that she would be carrying the baby of Oppong Weah.
The actress totally rubbished the claims and said she was not pregnant and asked the Ghanaian blogger to look at her and judge of she is indeed expecting a new child.
In reacting to the news that has got social media buzzing for a while now, the actress said:
"Please ignore all rumors. Do I look pregnant? Is it me that you are coming to use to get a story? Please it is not true. No, it is not. I don't entertain unnecessary gossip."
She then proceeded to walk away from the interview as she felt there was nothing more to address concerning the matter.
Some social media users came to the conclusion that Jackie Appiah was pregnant after a new video showed that she had gained some weight.
Meanwhile, popular Ghanaian actress, Lydia Forson, has dropped the jaws of her teeming fans once again with a stunning photo of herself that was posted on her Instagram page.
The latest photo of the actress sighted by YEN.com.gh on her Instagram page, saw Lydia Forson standing in what looked like a doorway and striking a serious pose.
Lydia Forson had a straight face on as she was seen dressed in all black from her shirt to the trouser and even her sunglasses.
