A woman has shown great love for her dog by writing a very touching obituary.
The woman who hails from South Carolina shared the obituary on Twitter and pet lovers flocked the comment section to condole with her.
According to the obituary, Charlie did September 13 at the age of seven from incurable lymphoma.
In the interesting article, Sallie explained what her late golden retriever loved and what he loved doing.
"Charlie loved everything life had to offer (except stairs. he hated stairs). Charlie loved the beach, car rides, bananas and socks," she wrote.
Taking to her Instagram account, the woman wrote an emotional goodbye message to her dog saying she was lucky to be his mom.
According to the post, Sallie said she will miss Charlie and all his smiles and snuggles.
"Oh, Charlie. I can't believe how lucky I was to get to be your mom. You were the happiest boy in the whole world, and I will miss your smile and snuggles and wagging tail every single day. I keep reminding myself that you had such a full and happy life in your seven short years. You got to dig every hole, chase every wave, and chew every stick your heart desired. You taught me so much about enjoying life and loving people. There will never be another Charlie. I am heartbroken now but I know you are no longer in pain and are probably chasing squirrels across the rainbow bridge. I’m so glad you got to spend your last week in your favourite place. I love you forever, my sweet boy," wrote Sallie.
The griefing lady said that the dog was there for in grief and how he showed unconditional love.
In April the lovely dog was diagnosed with cancer and veterinarians said he did not have long to live.
