Gregory Bortey Newman, popularly known as King Promise, has met the winners of the National Science and Maths Quiz which was crowned at Accra on October 8, 2020.

In a post sighted by YEN.com.gh on the official Twitter handle of the renowned Ghanaian musician, King congratulated the champions and called them the future leaders of Ghana.

As could be seen in the photo, the three Presecans who represented the school to win the highly coveted title, along with their trainer, allowed the celebrity to have a feel of the trophy for a brief moment.

Many Ghanaians came under King Promise's powerful post with hilarious and interesting comments as they usually do.

@Asanteclickwise suggested that King Promise needed to answer a typical Science and Maths Quiz question to hold the trophy.

@darkoo_ba came asking which senior high school the Ghanaian celebrity attended, as that has not been known to many Ghanaians

@basit_larry came indicating that Gregory Bortey Newman probably attended Ideal College

Meanwhile, as YEN.com.gh earlier reported, a group of surgeons who attended the Presbyterian Boys' Senior High School at Legon, released a video of how they went out of their way to rejoice over their school's victory.

The surgeons, in the video sighted by YEN.com.gh on the Twitter handle of @ChuckAyitey, were in the theatre but that did not stop them from hailing their school on top of their voices.
