Diana Asamoah makes Ghanaians laugh with her “the battery is the Lord’s” (video)

Popular Ghanaian gospel musician, Diana Asamoah, has cracked the ribs of her fans again with another video trying to express herself in English.
She was having an interview with TV Africa where she wanted to promote her political party, the New Patriotic Party (NPP)’s motto.
The motto reads: “The Battle is the Lord’s”, however, Asamoah rendered her version as “The battery is the Lord’s”.

When asked to repeat herself, she tried slurring the statement saying: “The bar tery is the Lords”.
She herself was laughing amid her speech and said again that Ghanaians must stop the hypocrisy.
That too, Asamoah said: “Ghanaians must stop the hypocre”, and started laughing again.
The presenter encouraged her to repeat what she said, but she would not talk anymore saying to the presenter: “You know what I mean”.
Fans have reacted to the video with the majority of them laughing.
Rhapsody, for instance, wrote that given the way Asamoah was laughing, she knew she was going to make a mistake:
tnp_rhapsody: “She knew she was gona make a mistake.”
Voice could only scream her name:
uenr.voice_: “Eei Diana Asamoah.”
Naadja, also wrote that Asamoah laughed because she knew she wouldn’t get it right:
naadjah_1: “She laughed because she won’t get it right. Ain’t nobody got nothing on her this time.”
Aranina also could not stop laughing:
aranina2: “You know wah I mean.”
Meanwhile, Diana Asamoah was in the news recently following a photo of her with a protruding stomach which got ome people concluding that she might be pregant.
She also met with secular musician Mr. Drew, who used her name in his Dw3 song.
Asamoah refused to talk when they met, indicating that she did not want to be laughed at if she should say anything wrongly.
Reacting to how she felt for having her name in that song, Asamoah said she was more than happy because it is an honour to her.
Recently, actress Nadia Buari mimicked the way Asamoah behaves in a video published by YEN.com.gh, that had people saying it is "perfect."
