16-year-old boy at Dansoman creates powerful e-commerce shop for Ghanaians on his phone

Frederick Abila, a 16-year-old Ghanaian created Daily Gh Buzz, a fully customized e-commerce store which allows other vendors to sell their items for free to generate income.

Information obtained by YEN.com.gh confirms that the website has several payment options including mobile money which is used mostly in Ghana for online transactions.

Abila, the 16-year-old ambitious young man is not putting any ads on the site, because according to him, he undertook this project solely to help society and promote businesses.

Frederick Abila is also one of the young authors in Ghana who has published three titles including Hocus Pocus: Power of One, You Are Worth It, The Fairies: Spell Of Greatness (part one).

Perhaps, the most exciting bit of the story is that Frederick reportedly built the entire online shop with its numerous functionalities on his phone.

A quick glance through the site shows that many items are already enlisted on the well-built online shop with some heavy discounts.

In another story, Roni Edwin, a 16-year-old Upper 6th Form Student (equivalent to SHS) of the Ghana International School has become the first Ghanaian student to win a medal at the International Math Olympiad.

According to a report by Gis.edu.gh, the brilliant young Ghanaian won a bronze medal at the competition and his score was the highest in the whole of Africa.

Edwin has registered his name as the first Ghanaian to reach that feat since the inception of the International Math Olympiad, the most prestigious math competition in the world, 61 years ago.
