They say everything is possible if you just believe. Well, that is the story of a young lady who refused to just stick to cleaning the offices but went for something much more.

She finally has achieved her dream 10 years down the line and we all could not be prouder.

Jaines Andrades worked for Baystate Health as a cleaner but always had a dream of becoming a nurse and so she kept on working hard and at the same time studying for her dream.

Through her cleaning job, she was able to fund her studies and 10 years she got a job at the same place she started as a cleaner 10 years ago.

She went on social to inspire others sharing her work badges, from the old to present, accompanying the photo with a powerful message.

"Ten years of work but it was worth it! I’m a provider at the same place I use to clean," she wrote.

Speaking to CNN affiliate WBZ-TV, Jaines said she would do her cleaning job again if it meant being around patients o offer her help as it has been her lifelong dream.

"Even if it was cleaning, as long as I was near patients care I'd be able to observe things. I thought it was a good idea. I just really love the intimacy with people," she said.

It was previously told the story of a US man who worked as a janitor in different schools and worked his way up to become the principal of an institution he used to clean.

Denver Public Schools custodian, Michael Atkins, was once a dedicated cleaner who did not give up his dream of bettering his life.

He credited his transition from cleaning the hallways to teaching, to his second-grade teacher whom he ran into on the job.

Michael says the teacher built a special relationship with him at age seven and helped him get a job in the classroom as a paraprofessional teacher.

He applied the same pride he took in his work as a custodian to his new role, which enabled him to climb the ranks.

The school head then escalated from custodian to teacher, to assistant principal and the principal of Stedman Elementary School, a school he grew up around as a kid.
