Kufuor has vision; he will make a good president if he tries again - Ghanaians claim

He served as the President of Ghana from January 7, 2001 to January 7,2009.
His victory over the National Democratic Congress (NDC)John Evans Atta Mills after the end of Jerry Rawlings' second term marked the first peaceful democratic transition of power in Ghana since independence in 1957.

During his tenure as president of Ghana, he introduced the National Health Insurance Scheme, (NHIS) and other great initiatives.

In other news, Popular Ghanaian actor and politician, John Dumelo, has promised to dedicate 50% of his salary to the youth of his constituency if he is elected into parliament.

The parliamentary candidate also promised that he would do what the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government could not deliver by building factories in every district in the constituency.
