Cristiano Ronaldo has spent an outrageous £8.5million (about N4.3billion) on three of the ten latest models of the Bugatti cars according to SunSport.
The Portuguese sensation remains one of the richest athletes in the world with net worth of about £200-250 million (about N100b –N124b), a weekly wage of £365,000 and a ginormous fan base on social media.
He is a lover of luxury cars having been seen in several range of cars including Bentley, Bentayga, Ferarri and a host of others.
UK outlet SunSport are claiming that the 35-year-old coughed-up a staggering figure of £8.5million on three of the limited edition Bugatti - of which only 10 have ever been made.
German outlet Bild reveal that the Juventus star splashed huge cash on the Bugatti Centodieci earlier this year.
Ronaldo already owns a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse and a Bugatti Chiron as part of his massive collection of automobiles.
His nickname ‘CR7’ is crested on the headrests of two of his Bugattis, but the new model is said to be a tribute to the legendary Bugatti EB110.
The Centodieci is fitted with a 8 litre W16 engine and can do 0-62mph in just 2.4 seconds and reach a top speed of 236mph.

Bugatti's official website describes the Centodieci as "breathtaking".
It says: "Inspired by the historical model, the Centodieci pushes all boundaries of imagination with its breathtaking performance and pioneering design.
"Featuring a modern interpretation of the classic wedge shape and with the iconic W16 engine, the Centodieci transports the EB110 gracefully into a new millennium."
Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Ronaldo flashed his very expensive Rolex wristwatch as he continues to recuperate in self-isolation after testing positive for the dreaded coronavirus a second time.
