Miss Forson was born on October 24, 1984.

Unlike other celebrities, be it male or female, Lydia is very open about her age and has even made it public knowledge.

To celebrate her birthday, she shared photos of her herself on her Instagram page stating how grateful she is for the gift of life.

In the post sighted by YEN.com.gh, she noted how much things she had to say yet, did not have enough words to say those words.

She added that with everything that is going on, she would just pause, reflect and be grateful for everything.

"So much to say, not enough words. With everything that’s going on in the world, I just want to pause, reflect and be grateful," she wrote.

Lydia Forson has recently been in the news for calling out all Ghanaian celebs who have not spoken about the #EndSARS protests going on in Nigeria.

She together with Kafui Danku took to their social media handles and indicated that they felt it was not right and very insensitive for people to post anything apart from what was currently happening in Nigeria on their platforms.

They indicated that they were at a loss as to why the many celebs in the country who had the star power were choosing to remain silent on the matter.

Lydia Forson also indicated that "it did not feel right to post anything that isn't about what's happening in Nigeria today".

She added that Nigerians were like brothers and sisters to Ghanaians and saw the need not to post any other thing as the right way to go.
