A Nigerian man identified as Numbere Sokeipiriye has taken to social media to appreciate a young lady who stayed under the rain to help school children find their ways across a flooded area.
Sokeipiriye said the young lady also prevented waste plastic from entering the drainage at the Mile 3 market in Port Harcourt, Rivers state.
The man expressed gratitude to the lady whom he called his hero. He prayed that God blesses her for her kind gesture.
“I may never know her or her name but know that I appreciate you. This Lady today at mile 3 market PH, under the rain she was preventing waste plastic from entering the drainage as well as helping school children fine their way across the flood.
"You see the position of the stick she is holding, if any child fall in there that’s the end of that child. Aunty I prayed for you and I know God who owes no man will surely bless you. You are my hero. You can share please maybe it will get to her.”
In other news, BI Phakathi has quickly become a faceless hero in South Africa. When he is not blessing homeless children and giving old ladies money for groceries, he is putting a smile on thousands of South Africans' faces who thoroughly enjoy watching him make a difference.
In his latest act of kindness, BI shared a video in which a homeless man could be seen eating food from a busy street floor.
The man behind the camera, who we have come to know as BI, approaches the homeless man to ask him if he would like to go and buy food.
