Celebrity endorsements in any field seems to go a long way for the brand being put on the spotlight since these celebrities have a lot of followers.
In this case, it is not brands being endorsed but rather political parties being endorsed by various actors and actresses.

Latest to join the great elephant party, the New Patriotic Party (NPP), is Ghanaian actor, TooSweet Annan.
He has joined the list of public figures who have announced their support for political parties in the country ahead of the December 7 polls.
Looking at the number of celebrities who have declared their supports for these parties, it is no more shocking when an issue like this crops up.
In a photo sighted by YEN.com.gh, Toosweet was spotted campaigning together with Bibi Bright at Manya Krobo in the Eastern Region.
The voluptuos actress in her Instagram post disclosed how well they were received by the residents ahead of the forthcoming general elections.
She captioned a photo of her and Toosweet Annan: “@toosweetannangh and myself set off from Accra at 5:30am for a door to door campaign at Manye Krobo Eastern Region.
She mentioned how the community was fed up of 28yrs of NDC, without any development to show.
In 2016, John Dumelo publicly made known his support for the NDC and campaigned massively for the party ahead of the 2016 elections.
Interestingly, in 2020, Dumelo is standing as a parliamentary Candidate for the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency on the ticket of the NDC.
As to whether or nt TooSweet has such an ambition to stand to be voted in the future YEN.com.gh cannot verity
Still on celebrities in politics, YEN.com.gh earlier reported that John Dumelo, has distributed a total of 4,000 HP laptops to some of his constituents ahead of the December general elections.
In a tweet sighted by YEN.com.gh, Dumelo indicated that he long promised students in the constituency that he would support them with educational materials.
He said he pledged his support to improve their education and make learning easy with the laptops. Read more:
