South Africa is known for its close-knit communities that would do anything for each other. A post by Butho Vuthela Highly Favoured on Facebook proved just that and showed the amazing spirit of Ubuntu we have in our rainbow nation.

According to Butho, a community with the help and support of Facebook friends and family was able to build a home for a struggling member of the community. They managed to build a sturdy and beautiful home for the lady and her children.

Butho said it would be the first time the lady and her children would be living in a "decent" home. This definitely shows how Saffas come together for a good cause.

Butho shared this amazing story to the #ImStaying group on Facebook. His full post read:

"#ImStaying because through it all we have managed to build a home for this family #through the support of Facebook family and friends, now this struggling woman will get to enjoy a decent #home with her children for the first time ever in their lives.
"Thanks once again. Loving others even if you don't know them it's the sign of humanity."

BI revealed he and his team helped a grandmother who lived in a mud house. More than 84 000 people reacted to the post and they applauded BI Phakathi's kindness in the comment section. He wrote on Facebook:

"Thank you to my team in Swaziland who partnered with us in building an old lady a house, this is the outcome, all glory be to the most High."
