A video which is slowly gaining some prominence as the reported last appearance of former president Jerry John Rawlings before his passing has surfaced.
In the video sighted by YEN.com.gh, the former Ghanaian leader was seen in what looked like a health facility.
Former president Jerry John Rawlings appeared to be laying on a bed as he was seen in the company of a young lady.
It appeared the young lady was trying to keep former president Rawlings company and they were seen goofing around.
Rawlings was being led by the young lady to put up the popular "peace" sign which required one to put up the 2 fingers that follow the thumb.
The video also suggested that the former president had just taken his lunch since he had a floss in his mouth.
A critical look at the video would suggest that the former president was in a hospital but YEN.com.gh cannot confirm this.
It can also not be stated by us when the video was taken whether it was before he took ill recently or after.
Former president Rawlings is reported to have passed away today, November 12, 2020, after he contracted the dreaded COVID-19 which has plagued the whole world.
