In addition to this, a large number of players tested positive for Covid-19, which cast a cloud over the team as critics said they did not have a chance against New Zealand.

Nicolas Sanchez is likely to be hailed as a national hero, it was solely due to his skill that the team had any points on the board, the No. 10 scored all the tries, conversions and penalties.

This was not a New Zealand B team, this team was stronger than the team that lost to Australia, 24-22 last week.

The coach was brought to tears with the magnitude of what had just happened, the pride he must have felt for his team and his country was overwelming.

The world was shaken by the news and cheered Argentina on, here are some reactions to the win.

Earlier, it was reported that a young man and evidently pro-photoshopper recently took to Twitter to show off his exceptional skills. @_Hybreed_ shared a picture of South African champions, the Springboks after their 2019 victory.

Except, this time the picture had a few faces that were not originally in the picture. Jacob Zuma and Caster Semenya can be seen perfectly photoshopped into the picture. So perfectly that only those who had actually seen the originals, could spot the odd ones out.

"On this day, a year ago, the Springboks lifted the Webb Ellis Cup for the third time, after defeating England in the 2019 Rugby World Cup final," he captioned the hilarious Twitter post.
