Love trumps everything. It supersedes hate, jealousy, bitterness, anger, and even the quest for revenge.
It is beautiful, it hates not, it does not get jealous and is always selfless.
A Zambian couple named Chisala Chitakwa and Neviah Munshwa have braved through a pandemic and found beauty during a trying time.
The two medics at the forefront of the fight against COVID-19 had a reason to smile after getting engaged.
They knew love would heal them and save them so they jumped right into it with their eyes wide open.
The pair created a buzz on social media after taking part in a breathtaking pre-wedding photoshoot.
They had on their hospital scrubs and looked drunk in love as they stared into each other's eyes while posing.
Their time to walk down the aisle was nearing and the best way to turn their moments into lasting memories was to take a couple of photos.
Chisala and his fellow nurse Neviah knew they had a lifetime's worth of happiness ahead of them and they made sure it started immediately.
Their photos told a different tale of love. Captivating, but different.
They were placed where their love fought against all adversities: the hospital.
But instead of wearing gloomy faces, they smiled because that was where they got to save lives and bond throughout the day before returning to their evening routines at home.
