Kofi Adams, a former spokesperson of the late Jerry John Rawlings, affectionately called JJ, has spoken about his sudden death.

Adams says he will miss Rawlings so much even though he fell out with him at a point in life.

He said he cannot forget how the late former president treated people and made them feel at home when they are around him.

Kofi Adams seems to be the closest person to the late former president in the NDC. They worked together for years, and at a time that it appeared there was an issue between Rawlings and the party he founded, Kofi Adams chose to be on his side.

Unfortunately, his relationship with the former president has to end suddenly following his death on Thursday, November 12, 2020.

Rawlings died at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital after reportedly suffering from COVID-19.

YEN.com.gh earlier published details of the cause of his death, and we also published photos of all his four children.

Meanwhile, a leading member of the NDC, Stephen Atubiga, has said Akufo-Addo should be blamed for Rawlings’s death.

He gave his reasons in an earlier report by YEN.com.gh, for which reason he thinks Ghanaians should not take President Akufo-Addo’s showy display over Rawlings’ death seriously.

Also, the NDC General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, has accused Akufo-Addo of hijacking Rawlings’ funeral.
