Mom touched by loving daughter's inspirational gift of savings

A mom whose Facebook tag is Mmase Queen took to the social platform to share an amazing story in the #ImStaying group.

She revealed that she had lost her job due to the Covid-19 pandemic and her daughter inspired her with a generous gift.

Her daughter wrote a note thanking her for being a supermom and gave her all the money she had saved, R48, which brought her to tears.

She captioned the post with this:

"Since the Covid-19 pandemic, like many South African's I found myself jobless. So last night my daughter gave me this note (please read) and that parcel next to it, I couldn't stop my tears, and for that #ImStaying."

The note read:

"Thank you for being me, supermom. You are my life and world. You have been with me when it was sorrow and joy, You tried to keep (me) happy when you were in pain, so it's my turn to help you, so I saved R48 (for) you just to help you."

In other news, Tsholo Dichabe shared an absolutely adorable image of her baby son and his 115-year-old great grandmother. According to Tsholo, the lady in the image is her son's father's grandmother and she feels blessed that her child could be held by her.

Her son has both his granny and his great-grandmother in his life and Tsholo could not be more grateful. She shared the post to the #ImStaying group on Facebook and cites the lovely elderly ladies as her reason for staying.
