A new mother shared the emotional moment she held her baby for the first time. @xodiaamond shared four heartwarming images of the first time she got to hold her bundle of joy while still laying in a hospital bed.

"When they woke me up to tell me I could hold her, a moment I'll never forget," she wrote as a caption for the post.

The tender moment she shared to the social networking site is a true tear-jerker. Over 137 000 tweeps liked her tweet and almost 7 000 retweeted it. The pure emotion in her face as she holds her newborn is spectacular.

Phumudzo took to Facebook to wish her lovely girls a happy fifth birthday. According to Phumudzo, her daughters were born with many complications back in 2015.
