According to the Stuck With You singer, he tries not to be roped into religion.
The 27-year-old pointed out that a lot of churches are judgemental, pretentious and hateful - characteristics he strongly abhors.
"As all of you know by now I am a Jesus guy. What you may not know is that I am not a religious man," the husband wrote.
Justin added that he wants no part in people who hide their evilness behind the cloak of Christianity.
"What I do want is to love and look like Jesus and point people to his miraculous healing power," the musician added.
The Yummy hitmaker unveiled an app that would direct people to God's teachings and remind them of the saviour's goodness.
In a previous Instagram, the celebrity said ego and power got the best of him and ruined his life as far as the most important relationships in his life are concerned.
While this was his weakness and a very difficult place to get out of, he did not let it swallow him a whole as he is now out trying to do everything right.
